Due to the nature of our products — including spiritual, ritual, and specialty items — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
