Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, busy seasons, special sales, or for custom/prepared items.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method

We currently ship orders through USPS. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, destination, and shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination address. USPS delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to weather, holidays, postal service issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KC Conjure & Botanica is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KC Conjure & Botanica is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by USPS.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or USPS directly for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, product type, or applicable laws. If we are unable to ship an item to your location, we will contact you regarding your order.
