Thank you for shopping with KC Conjure & Botanica. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through kcconjure.com.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received.
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and any announced store closures. Processing time is the time needed to prepare, package, and ship your order. It does not include the time the carrier takes to deliver the package.
Some handmade, dressed, prepared, seasonal, or special-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Carrier
We currently ship using USPS through Shopify Shipping.
Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping charges will be shown at checkout when available. Shipping rates are calculated based on the order, package weight, destination, and selected shipping service.
Delivery Times
USPS delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by KC Conjure & Botanica.
Once your order has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing is controlled by USPS. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, regional disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the label is created. In some cases, tracking may not show movement until USPS scans the package into its system.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
KC Conjure & Botanica is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missing apartment number, refusal, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS, it is in the care of the carrier.
If your tracking shows that a package is delayed or missing, please contact USPS first using the tracking number provided. We will do our best to assist where possible, but we cannot control USPS delivery once the package has left our possession.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, and any secure delivery areas around your address.
KC Conjure & Botanica is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item or items
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the information and determine the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or carrier claim when applicable.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and correct the issue.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, pickup options and instructions will be shown at checkout or provided after your order is placed.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to carrier rules, state or local regulations, product type, or safety considerations.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if we are unable to ship the item to the address provided.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available, additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
