Setting of Lights
The Setting of Lights or burning continuous candles for prayer, manifestation, and spiritual support is a universal human practice, across nearly every culture, the element of fire serves as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, acting to carry petitions upward or to invoke divine presence. It is a time honored method for focusing the energy of prayer, spellwork and manifestation.
We will dress your candle with our special blends of oils and herbs, or other curios for increased vitality. Traditional prayer and contemporary mystical practices go into the crafting, lighting, and disposal of your candle. We will empower a glass-encased 7-Day Dressed Candle, aligned to your chosen purpose, and then set it to light in our shrine.
You can also purchase several lights to be burned in a row for “setting a run of lights”. This is an excellent way to deal with long-term issues (like court cases, preparing for a big exam, etc) to keep the magic going for a long period of time. You would purchase all the lights in one transaction and add a note to that you want the candles set as a run. I will dress and bless them all, and as each one is about to burn out I will light the next one from that old candle. That way, the light and energy keeps going.
Please note the Setting of Lights is an in-house service and dressed and set with your petition. Last year, we prepared over 3,000 Setting of Lights alone!!
You must write your petition in the Petition/Prayer/Desire field. We will write that out in full with your fully dressed candle. Once the candle is set, we will email you a picture of your lit/burning dressed candle.
